Applying To LCA
Life Christian Academy is looking for students who have average to above average grades as well as solid scores on the ITBS or SAT, an interest in the arts or athletics, demonstrated leadership potential, and a desire to be at Life Christian Academy.
Below you will find the required steps for applying to Life Christian Academy. We encourage you to print this page to aid you in the application process.
Request an application from the school by email, fax 405-390-5086, phone 405-737-4902, or print out an application and mail it to Life Christian Academy. If desired, call the school office and make an appointment for a campus tour.
Fill out the application (a student questionnaire is also required for applicants in grade 7 – 10) and return it to the school office with the following: $25.00 application fee, copy of birth certificate, immunization record, copy of past achievement test reports, copy of most recent report card, and a copy of the applicant’s transcript.
After we have received all of the previous information, an admission testing time for the applicant will be scheduled, if necessary.
If you are requesting financial aid, the parent financial statement forms will be mailed to you with complete instructions once your admissions application has been received.
When your application is near completion, the school office will call you to schedule an interview with the Principal.
Following the interview, the admission committee will make a decision on the applicant and notify you as soon as possible. Parents will have ten days from the date of receipt of the letter to respond.
